Available Dachshunds

We are an all-donation supported, all volunteer rescue for dachshunds and dachshund mixes. We provide a home for abandoned, abused or unwanted dachshunds on their way to finding a permanent and loving home. Our goal is to focus on the dogs of our geographical area - Atlanta, Northern Georgia, and Savannah.

Dachshunds in Need

There are thousands of rescue groups across the U.S., and probably a hundred focused on dachshunds.  We still cannot save them all.  The problem is too large.  As of 8/1, we know of dachshunds in danger of being destroyed due to full shelters at these facilities in Georgia:

Gwinnett County, Perry, Elberton  County

Please, go there first and save the ones that we cannot.

Dogs are not our whole lives, but they make our lives whole.
